According to the filing, the iPhone XS has a 2,658mAh battery which is a tad bit smaller than the 2,716mAh pack of the iPhone X. The iPhone XS Max with its massive 6.5-inch OLED display deserves a bigger battery and Apple has squeezed in a 3,174mAh cell, the biggest on any iPhone to date. This bigger battery is estimated to last 1.5 hours longer than the iPhone X. Lastly, the new entrant, the iPhone XR, has a 2,942mAh battery. The 6.1-inch LCD panel on the device should, in theory, help produce some great endurance in the battery life test of the iPhone XR.

The RAM modules have also been confirmed at the TENAA filing. The iPhone XR has 3GB of RAM, while the iPhone XS and XS MAX have 4GB of RAM each.

Since these filings are from China’s government regulated body, they seem to be legit. In any case, the new iPhones will be made available to the public this Friday. When that happens, there will be numerous people willing to tear the new devices down to finally get to the gist of the matter.
